To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP #1

Background

Current balane of JP#1 autopsy line item is - $1500 with several more invoices being submitted. To cover current deficits in addition to the four months remaining in FY '08, we will need the above line item to cover expenditures; In addition, transportation costs for autopsies has also exceeded 07-08 budget.
