Discuss and take appropriate action on a request for temporary street closure on July 4th from 7:00 pm to midnight for a Block Party. The street is Racine starting just southwest of the drive way into Merrill Gardens,
following along Racine Trail, passing houses numbered 8162, 8168, and ending at 8172, just before Monona Park. Approval has been received from Lt. Gleason and John Sneed.
