To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non - Departmental

Background

The CTTC building, a County owned facility, is in major need of repairs to the men and women's shower area. The scope of this work includes but it not limited to removal of all tile, drywall, fixtures, lighting and re-installation of all above mentioned materials; removal and replacement of drains, ceiling materials and installing coating to all floor and wall areas. These restrooms are approximately 600 square feet each. The County does receive rent from this building monthly.
