Discuss and consider approving the transfer of one slot from department 404 (County Clerk Judicial) to department 403 (County Clerk)

Background

In April of 2008, the Court approved the transfer of one slot from 403 to 404. The County Clerk would now like to shift a newly filled (approved and budgeted) slot from 404 to 403 to balance the headcount. There will be no change to budgeted dollars; only a formally approved transfer of positions.
