To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non - Departmental

Background

This line item transfer for cover the first lease payment to Motorola for the radios purchased for smaller Police Departments as well as Fire Departments who have chosen to participate. All contracts should be wrapped up and presented to the Court for approval by the end of June 2008.
