Discuss and take appropriate action to submit proposed registration for permit by rule for an asphalt shingle processing unit at Williamson County Recycling and Disposal Facility.
Background
These documents are the first submissions towards placing a device and system at the landfill site which will allow asphalt shingles from the landfill site to be recycled into a useable product. The facility is still in final design.
