Consider authorizing Commissioner Ron Morrison to issue a letter terminating the current good faith agreement with H&H Waste Oil, Inc. supplying one-500 gallon metal tank used for oil collection at 101 Landfill Road, Hutto, Texas. 
Background

Precinct 4 has purchased a tank for the Recycle Center at 101 Landfill Road, Hutto, Texas, and will use another vendor for the recycling of the used oil collected.
