BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:47 A.M. on TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

	Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison

Others Present:	Hal C. Hawes, General Counsel to Williamson County Commissioners' Court
	Carolyn Deibler, Deputy County Clerk

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the April 21, 2015 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken on this item.

3. Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving road district collections for the month of April 2015 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.
