Background

The preliminary plat for Highlands at Mayfield Ranch was last re-approved on July 30, 2013. The current proposed revision includes a reconfiguration of several of the lots, in addition to some minor changes to the proposed road alignments. Up until this point, the entire Highlands development has been "grandfathered" under the 2000 Subdivision Regulations (and not subject to review fees). The proposed changes will invoke the 2013 rules, as well as review fees, for the changed areas. The changed areas include 492 (of the 1,088) lots and 5,401 centerline feet of road. The required preliminary plat review fee of $15,260.00 has been received.
