Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Paloma Lake Section 23A Subdivision - Pct 4.

Background

This is the next section of the Paloma Lake development. It consists of 42 single family lots and 2,103 feet of new public road. Construction of the infrastructure is not yet complete, but an Irrevocable Letter of Credit has been posted with the County in the amount of $413,076.65 to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
