Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals received for RFP#15RFP123, Hosted Solution Service – Web Based Benefit Enrollment System, and authorizing Purchasing Agent to re-advertise and receive proposals for same under new RFP#15RFP131.
Background
It is the recommendation that it is in the best interest of the County to reject proposals received and re-solicit this RFP in order to revise specifications to allow for greater competition.
