Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number 14IFB00239, in the amount of $6,534.00 for fog sealing cul-de-sacs as part of the neighborhood street resurfacing program.

Background

This project is complete, with minor punch items successfully completed. This Change Order balances the contract quantities and would increase the total contract amount by $6,534.00. The Original Contract amount was $118,488.00, Change Order # 1 would increase the contract amount by $6,534.00, for an adjusted, Total Contract Amount of $125,022.00. No additional days will be added to, or deducted from, the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
