Background
This project is complete, with minor punch items successfully completed. This Change Order balances the contract quantities and would increase the total contract amount by $6,534.00. The Original Contract amount was $118,488.00, Change Order # 1 would increase the contract amount by $6,534.00, for an adjusted, Total Contract Amount of $125,022.00. No additional days will be added to, or deducted from, the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
