Background
This is the next section of the Summerlyn South development. It consists of 52 single-family lots and 2,433 feet of new public roads. Construction on this section is not yet complete, but the Owner has posted a performance bond in the amount of $1,327,812.86 to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
