Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive bids for Limestone Rock Asphalt, Bid# 15IFB123 and acknowledge that no bids were received in relation to IFB#15IFB117.

Background

The County is seeking companies to provide Limestone Rock Asphalt per Item 330, Texas Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges 2004. Bid #15IFB117 was advertised in May with no respose to the bid; this is a rebid of the commodity.
