Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Elections Office.

Background

The Elections Office has 12 cell phones that are used during early voting and election day by poll workers and/or field tech personnel. Periodically, minutes are purchased from T-Mobile and added to the cell phones. All 12 cell phones needed to have minutes added. This transfer will cover current outstanding invoices as well as future invoices for the remainder of the year.
