Background

This RFP is to lease the property at Belford Square, 306 W. 7th Street, Suite 102, Georgetown, Texas 78626. The said property is at approximately 950 square feet more or less of commercial office space with carpet flooring, one bathroom, reception area, two private offices and a storage area. The lease is for one year with two (1) one year renewals.
