Discuss and take appropriate action on the FY15 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding recommendation.

Background

Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY15 funding allocation of $1,213,280 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County. The County will also reallocate $36,177.60 from previous years. This funding is from projects that have been completed under budget. This is a request for the approval of the proposed projects to be included in the 2015 Annual Action Plan. Please note that alternate projects are also included in the recommendation. These projects can be considered for funding if a funded project is completed under budget or is unable to be completed.
