Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Parks Department.

Background

In the FY 15 budget, the Parks Department requested three (3) desk top computers and one (1) lap top computer for scheduled replacement, and for new operational needs (River Ranch, Expo) - We received one (1) desk top computer in FY 15.

In the FY 16 budget, the Parks Department requested three (3) desk top computers and one (1) lap top computer for scheduled replacement, and for new operational needs (River Ranch, Expo)

The line item transfer requests that savings from the FY 15 softball program be considered for scheduled computer replacement, and for new operational needs (River Ranch, Expo). If approved, the FY 15 purchase will help meet current, and FY 16 needs.

Accounts Payable requested that we moved funds from 5003 to 3001 since the cost of necessary equipment did not exceed $5,000.
