Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a resolution supporting grant application No. 2758101 for the Williamson County Veterans Court that has been awarded grant funding through the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division.
Background

Grant funding was awarded for the Williamson County Veterans Court by the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division in 2014.  The Project Team has worked collaboratively to ensure a successful launch of the court which took place in March 2015.  The Veterans Court currently has four active participants and several in the screening process.  The grant requires a resolution approved by the Commissioners Court supporting the grant application.  The resolution is attached to the agenda item.
