Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Juvenile Services:

Background

The Williamson County Art Guild donated $500 to the 2015 Creative Arts Program being conducted at the Academy, Williamson County Juvenile Services this summer. This donation is specifically for art classes and/or supplies for the students who are participating in this program and awarded placement for their work in the final art show.
