Consideration and action with respect to an "Order Authorizing the Issuance of Williamson County, Texas Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation in One or More Series; Levying an Ad Valorem Tax in Support of the Certificates and the Pledge of Certain Revenues in Support of the Certificates; Approving Paying Agent/Registrar Agreements, Official Statements and Purchase Agreements; Establishing the Procedures for Selling and Delivering One or More Series of the Certificates; and Authorizing Other Matters Relating to the Certificates."
