Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #3.
Background
We are experiencing a very high number of jury trials and have exhausted funding for the year. Current funding of $8300 has been used and we are projecting 17 additional criminal jury trial dockets (6 trials per docket) for the remainder of the year. A conservative estimate is $10,000.
