Background
This next phase of the Santa Rita Ranch development consists of 35 single family homes and 1,473 feet of new public roadway. A portion of this plat is within the area that changed when the revised preliminary plat was approved on July 8, 2014. The appropriate review fees for the "changed area" have been collected.
