Background

1. From: LIT 004705 (Pre-Employment Screening) TO: 004718 (Pre-employment Physical) transfer $5100.00. The purpose of this transfer is HR did not have the adequate amount budgeted for the current fiscal year for this sub-category. A review of the two budgets was performed and due to the increased number of new employees, new employee physicals have increased.

2. LIT #2 is being requested because stamp postage has increased due to various HR day-to-day operational functions. Review has been obtained before considering the transfer of funds from these categories and it has been indentified that the remaining balance will suffice for the current fiscal year.

From 003803 (Rabies Pre-Exposure Vaccinations) to 004212 (postage): transfer $1000.00
