Background

It is the recommendation to award this bid on low item basis as follows:
Industrial Asphalt & Aggregate as Primary vendor for item # 1 and Secondary Vendor for items 2,3,&4;
Superior Crushed Stone as Primary vendor for items 2,3,&4, and Secondary vendor for item 1.
The contract term is for one year.
