Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to the Crack Seal Services contract #13IFB00114, increasing the scope to include use of the contract by the Parks Department and the Facilities Division.

Background

The Parks Department and Facilities Division have need of this contract. The current scope does not allow for them to make use of it. Change order #1 would change that. As part of this change order, there would be no extension of time or change in unit cost.
