Consider approving Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $53,139.41 for RM 620 Safety Improvements, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.

Background

This Change Order modifies the design of the east end of the project to better accommodate future construction, replaces flex base with Type B hot mix asphalt at the intersections of Cornerwood and Great Oaks with RM 620, and adds signal-related items that were shown in the original signal layout plan sheets but were inadvertently not quantified.
