Background
This is the third phase of the Mission Oaks development, located along the west side of CR 245 and north of Ronald Reagan. It consists of 20 single-family lots and 1,956 feet of new roadway. Construction is not yet complete, but a letter of credit in the amount of $496,671.30 has been posted with the County to cover the remaining street and drainage construction.
