Discuss, consider, and take action on the acceptance of additional FY12 Homeland Security Grant funding in the amount of $64,000 and authorizing the County Judge to sign the corresponding grant documents.

Background
CAPCOG had uncommitted FY12 Homeland Security Grant funding that needed to be reallocated that keep the region from losing these grant funds or future grant funds. Williamson County has been allocated an additional $64,000 to purchase radiological detection and identification equipment for the regional response teams. (15 each Gamma Rae II and 2 each RadSeeker CS) This brings the total of FY12 funding to $83,5000. Upon reciept of equipment, 5 each Gamma II will be transferred to the San Marcos/Hays County Team and Austin/Travis County Team, and 1 Rad Seeker will be transferred to either the San Marcos/Hays County Team or Austin/Travis County Team. This equipiment will provide enhanced capabilities to the teams and increase their response typing/status from Type II to Type I which is the highest level a team can obtain.
