Consider awarding bids received for HD-5 Propane Motor Fuel, Bid# 14IFB00214, to the lowest and best bidder- Direct Propane Services.

Background

There were two bidders that responded, Amerigas and Direct Propane. After contacting references, Randy Bell, Director of Fleet Services recommended the lowest bidder, Direct Propane. In the previous bid in 2011, 4 bidders responded.
The bid pricing was to be based on a specific day (of bidders choice) of the BNP Weekly News - with Belview Average.
