BE IT REMEMBERED that at 1:04 P.M. on TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2013, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

				1. Hear from Departments regarding budget requests.
				The following persons addressed the Court: Justice of the Peace Precinct #3 Bill Gravell County Attorney Dee Hobbs Director of Parks and Recreation Randy Bell Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Manager Marty Herrin Georgetown Department of Public Safety (DPS) Sergeant Michael Smith Senior Director of Technology Services Jay Schade Director of Veterans Services Donna Harrell Court Administrator Jessica Schmidt for Justice of the Peace Precinct #4 Judy Hobbs Budget Officer Ashlie Koenig

				2. Comments from Commissioners.
				Judge Gattis announced that on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, Commissioners' Court will hold a Regular Session at the Williamson County Courthouse in Georgetown at 9:30 a.m. and a Special Session of Commissioners' Court for a Medical Examiner's Workshop with Travis County at the Jester Annex in Round Rock at 2:00 p.m.
