Review and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number 13IFB00123, in the amount of $4,400.00 for the Overlay project on CR 175 from FM 1431 to just past

Background

This change order will allow for a TY D Hot Mix Asphalt Cement to be utilized on the project. By using TY D, there will be less milling costs and a denser, less permeable, surface for the thickness that was specified of 1.5”.
