Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Discretionary Service Agreement with Oncor for utility relocation on RM 620 and reimbursement of the relocations.
Background
Oncor has one pole that must be adjusted to avoid the new driveway near Station 367+00 that was added to the project as part of the right-of-way agreement with Highland Horizon. This relocation is 100% reimbursable and is estimated to cost $4,811.00.
