Consider authorizing bond transfer request per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to transfer the remaining balance $58,807.56 of Great Oaks Extension (P219) to O'Connor Extension (P127).
Background
David Bodenman of Highland Resources has informed Williamson County he is complete with the Great Oaks Extension. A balance was left to transfer to a currently active project in Precinct 1.
