Discuss and consider allowing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District for cost sharing related to improvements to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail Project

Background

Williamson County and the Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District are partnering on a project to design and construct a ten foot wide permanent alternate trail route for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail. The limits of the Project are along Brushy Creek Road from the existing sidewalk at Arrowhead Trail to Champion Park.
