Consider approving the "Notice of Intent (NOI) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities" renewal for Ronald Reagan Boulevard North Phase III, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Three.

Background

Williamson County is required to submit an NOI to renew coverage under TPDES General Permit No. TXR150000, as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) before June 3, 2013. New coverage is required for all continuing construction projects that disturb more than 5 acres of land and have not yet established permanent vegetation.
