Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County RFP#12WCP2001 Tax Statement Printing for Williamson County with Information Management Solutions, LLC for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014.

Background

The Consumer Price Index indicated a total increase of 3.2% between the time the proposal prices were submitted in May 2011 and March 2013 (most current published CPI). If bid out at this time, prices may likely increase and in addition, transition costs would result in overall greater cost to the county. The Tax Office is satisfied with the services the incumbent vendor is providing. As allowed per RFP specifications, it is the recommendation to extend this contract with Information Management Solutions, Inc for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract term beginning June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014.
