Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Clerk

Background

Need to move money from accounts that have balances to the office supplies account where we code the RFID labels for criminal files. Last year we bought 10,000 and this year we ordered 12,000 so we zapped the office supply account. Also TAC decided to start charging registration per conference instead of a membership fee so I need to move the $250 in membership fees to Training, Conference and Seminars.
