Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for All District Courts
Background

As you know we budgeted $50K towards the Norwood Trial.  Those funds have been exhausted.  With the bills currently being submitted to the Auditor's office as well a few additional invoices for hotel stays, we will need to make this transfer for payment to be processed.
