Consider approving Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $100,020.20 for Ronald Reagan Blvd. North Phase IV, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Three.

Background

This Change Order adds a hot mix asphalt overlay and striping on CR 237 from the end of the Ronald Reagan North Phase 4 project limits to the southbound IH 35 Frontage Road. County forces previously reconstructed this portion of CR 237 and the current driving surface is a seal coat. The proposed overlay and the pavement markings on CR 237 will match the surface and markings of the new extension of Ronald Reagan.
