Background
This is a brand new subbivision consisting of 273 single family lots on 90.4 acres.  It is located immedately south of the existing Summerlyn development on the west side of US 183, 2 miles south of SH 29.  The project is planned to built in 5 phases, as shown on the preliminary plat.  Construction on the first phase is expected to begin in 2013.
