Consider and approve Professional Service Agreement with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the masonry repointing of the Williamson County Courthouse and the exemption of those services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services as set forth under Section 262.024(a) (4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

Background

This agreement is to have WJE assess the condition of existing brickwork and prepare repair design documents for brick repointing and repair. WJE will also provide construction administration services during the resulting project construction for the not to exceed amount of $213,700.00.
