Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the 26th District Court
Background
The 26th District Court was designated to hold the Court of Inquiry on the Ken Anderson case. Because of this, Judge Stubblefield had to recuse himself and call in a visiting judge. This transfer will cover those invoices and re-establish funds needed for additional visiting judges this summer.
