Discuss and take appropriate action on appointment of Dan Clark to Place #2 on the ESD #4 Board of Directors, with term beginning immediately and ending on December 31, 2014.

Background

Profile:
Mr. Clark joined Halff Associates in 2008 to establish a Land Survey department in the Austin office. While at Halff, he has worked on various projects throughout the Central Texas area including projects in Williamson, Burnet, Hays and Travis Counties. His projects include both private and public sector clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Clark has received extensive training in leadership, management, and budget development.
