Discuss and considering exempting SOE Software from the competitive bidding or proposal requirements established by Section 262.023 of the Texas Local Government Code as a sole source provider to the County in relation to the procurement of SOE Clarity Election Suite software and related services pursuant to the discretionary exemptions under Section 262.024(a)(7)(A)&(D) of the Texas Local Government Code (items for which competition is precluded because of the existence of patents, copyrights, secret processes, or monopolies; and captive replacement parts or components for equipment).

Background

This is a Sole Source Agreement for customer services and technical support for hosting Clarity Election Suite software for Williamson County Elections.
