Consider and approve Licensing Agreement for Communications with the City of Georgetown for Utility Pole Rental providing cable, Internet and Telecom providers.

Background

This agreement comes from Bill Bingham in IT. It includes a rental fee of $2,520 for 2013 for 168 poles.
This agreement has to be executed by the Court before the City of Georgetown will sign the document.
