BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:50 A.M. on TUESDAY, MAY 15, 2012, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the minutes of the April 17, 2012 Avery Ranch Road District meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve payment of invoices to McCall, Parkhurst & Horton, LLP and Weaver and Tidwell, LLP.
