To discuss and take appropriate action on the approval of a line item transfer for Road and Bridge
Background
The Road and Bridge department has established a Business Reply mail account specifically for comment cards pertaining to the Neighborhood Restoration Program.  In order for the account to become active, the postal service is requiring that we deposit a minimum amount into the account.  A line item transfer is necessary in order to have the minimum amount of $600 into the Road and Bridge postage account.  The amount of postage will be deducted out of this account as we receive the replies back.
