Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute an Interlocal Agreement Regarding Relocation of Water System Improvements for Sam Bass Road Drainage Project with Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District.
Background
This is an interlocal agreement with Brushy Creek MUD for the relocation of a 12" waterline that is within their private easement. Charlie Crossfield has reviewed and approved this agreement.
