Consider approving Change Order No. 6 in the amount of -$220,543.62 for Ronald Reagan Blvd. North Phase III, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Three.

Background

This Change Order removes the portion of the project north of Sta. 1144+00 (south of the original approach to the Yearwood Bridge) from the Contract due to the change in site conditions which required re-engineering the planned crossing of the Yearwood haul road. This Change Order also adds a Contract Item to pay for the engineering and materials production of the new Yearwood Tunnel design from Contech.
